Citizens of the Republic of Turkey can receive date of appointment from https://turkiye.gov.tr website. Anyone may make an application online at General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre https://randevu.tkgm.gov.tr/ website.

Necessary documents for Tapu Conveyance:

Turkish Property title deeds are transferred with seller's and buyer's presence together. Seller must make the first application with below documents for tapu conveyance. 

1- Property title deed document or village, neighborhood, parcel, building information.

2- Identity certificate or passport (together with translation when necessary).

3- Getting the real estate value statement of the document by the related municipality

4- Mandatory earthquake insurance policy for buildings (apartment, flat, villa, office etc.)

5- 1 passport photo of the property seller, 2 passport photos of the property buyer (in the last 6 months, six by four).

6- If you don't speak to Turkish, there must be a sworn translator present.

7- In the case of a transaction with the power of attorney issued abroad, original power of attorney or a certified copy with the translation.
